Louis Hall Swain papers, 1955-1964 [manuscript].

The Louis Hall Swain Papers consist of correspondence concerning the "Faculty Manual", a candidate for Dean of the School of General Studies, excerpts from the "North Carolina General Statutes," "School of General Studies' Objectives: A Tentative Statement" (6 March 1963), a list of Swain's advisees (4 August 1964), list of students that went to Wake Forest University for medical school (30 August 1963), and notes regarding meetings in the School of General Studies.
